These trucks make great drivers. I Love my 96. I had an 99 old body style that I sold to buy my 02HD which I still have.

Thanks ! I took the same approach to building the house as a lot of us would take to building a nice custom truck .

I hand picked everything , agonized and sweated over all the details, spent way too much money, - and 6 months before I finished it - my wife left me (not even kidding )

Remind s me of the movie "The Money Pit" from the 80's with Tom Hanks

If you mean runs in the paint, you can buy a plane at a paint store to shave them.

thank you brother, but the tiger stripes due to lack of experience is the problem. I actually got away without any runs....poor coverage in some spots too. I got to excited and should have pushed it out to check everything before clearing. live and learn

Bummer! The way to avoid that is to spray one orientation (say, left to right) and then spray cross-ways to that, after changing the fan on the gun. Looks like you also didn't have enough overlap. It just takes practice. I first painted one of my cars in the mid-'70s.

Thank you!! Yeah, lots was going on. excited to be at this stage and the fear of the neighbors calling the cops..hahaha and my attention span starting to think about the clear coat.....etc, etc, etc...yada yada yada hahaha I will for sure take my time and focus on coverage this next go-round
