Re: seats and what should be sent on recoverable originals

Original 70 Blazer buckets needing recovering ---$2-300. (NOW THAT IS ASSUMING THEY ARE THE SMALLER SPORT BUCKETS--NOT THE UTILITY BUCKETS WITH THE REAR METAL BACKS---THEY DO NOT HAVE NEARLY THE SAME VALUE AS THEY LOOK LIKE THEY CAME OUT OF A UPS TRUCK!)
Console---$25-75 and a nice rebuildable rear seat--$50-250.
All of the above depend on the degree of restoration work required. Any metal frame damage===pass==. Foam work can impact pricing. BUT original truck buckets with the correct pass side mounts can add $75. to the value.
Good luck but be careful as 69-70 are different from 71-71. And, 73 and up look similar but are quite a bit different in which case I've seen them sit for $25.

Huck has been doing this for awhile, & those prices are right on,
but more than likely if you go to a swapmeet you will pay more.
