Re: 69 blazer

Never saw that one, either. Nice! I like the obscure. Wide white on a Blazer... hmmm. It's pretty! That's a lower production private label example. I don't get how they can come up with a casting such as this, yet hardly put any out. The advertisers, such as Wix, place custom imprint orders with the model casting company, such as Ertl. I guess not many order this casting. But Ertl could produce their own w/o advertising, or pay for rights to use a business' name, to get more back from their investment in casting.

Re: 69 blazer

You're getting quite a Blazer collection. I need to catch up on some Blazers and Panels. I have the two NAPA pickups and the Wix Blazer. I'd like to at least get two of each body. I wish someone would make a 67-72 medium duty like Greenlight does in 1/64

damn Richard, I thought I was the only "kid" on here collecting toys. between 67-72s and jeff gordon nascar stuff I have waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too many. my grandson wants to play with them every time he comes over, yeah he talks me out of one once in a while if it's a duplicate. I told him he gets all of them when I croak, better watch my back when he gets a little older and i take him deer hunting.
he's never seen the stuff in my storage unit.

I have quit watching nascar but was an avid Tony Stewart fan when I did watch. the wife rooted for JR so we have quite a bit of nascar stuff. Can't hardly give it away around here now. Had some really expensive 20 cars and now my grandson plays crash up derby with them. I give him all of my duplicate trucks as well to play with. Even got him his own RC blazer like the green one above
