Dual Tank Wiring Questions

Hey ya'll,

I'm having some issues figuring out how to wire up my dual tank. I have an 1987 chevy with the original fuel system with upgraded pumps and selector valve. I have the wiring schematic for the original dual tank setup and I'm trying to connect my holley dominator EFI to it.

Do I connect the fuel pump connection to the D terminal on the original system relay? or is there another way about hooking this up.

I've attached both wiring harnesses for reference. Thanks for the help.

Re: Dual Tank Wiring Questions

I don't think you need to use that factory relay in the current configuration at all. You need to wire a relay that the pump signal from the Dominator harness triggers, that would then allow power to that "E" Wire. Clear as mud?

Re: Dual Tank Wiring Questions

Your holley diagram below. The green wire out of the relay should "electrically" connect to E on the diagram above.
