Those First Gears are nice replicas. I've been wanting to get just a plain one,but that Cabella's promo looks nice and it's a factory (or close) color, too. And...I like and buy their stuff.

Just a minor point. It isn't a 67, it has the side markers.

You guys beat me to this. A guy at work told me about this truck that he saw in the Cabela's catalog that "looked just like yours."

I should have figured somebody on here knew about it before I did.

The hubcaps aren't correct. One more thing I see but I'll stop now . I still haven't gotten one yet and sure want one.

Special k, check this one out. http://www.diecastmodelswholesale.co...-Pickup/Detail

They have a few other of the same model in different colors. I got the white one because its cheaper and I'm going to build it up like the 1/1 c10 I'm getting for paint ideas.

Pretty sure these trucks were not around 50 years ago. Still a cool truck!

It's for the 50th anniversary of Cabela's, not the truck.

Painted roof? Doesn't the paint cover just the roof on 67-68's? Not the doors and A-pillars?

^ you are correct. the white did not go on the a pillars and doors on 67-68. They didn't get it perfect, but still a cool model truck!

Re: Cabela's 50th Anniversary Die-Cast 1967 Chevrolet

I recently was at a Napa store in another town and they had one of the 2010 Napa '67 trucks. I just had to get it. I still want the unmarked version like posted in the link above.
