That's one of the best! Take that stuff off my truck!

Though I have to admit, when I was working at a shop right after I got out of the Navy in '76, the boss had a '58 Ford wagon with no heater or defroster (not required, back in the day). It was winter, such as it is in southern California, and raining. Since this vehicle didn't have a heater/defroster, I had the driver's door window down to clear it out, when somebody drove by and sprayed water into the car. Got me all wet, got the inside of the car wet, and while I was cleaning the mess up with an oily shop rag, the boss drove by and I didn't see him. It was quite the comedy of errors before I picked him up at the customer's house, since cell phones hadn't been invented. I was making zero money when I wasn't doing mechanical work. It didn't take me long to leave that shop, because of stuff like that I wasn't getting paid for.
