Where do the license plates mount?

I tried to reply to the add and got an error. I wanted to compliment the guy and ask for interior shots. Also wanted to ask how much weight does he think it will haul, as I am looking for a truck to haul my firewood

I think ditching the fender skirts would improve the look.
