Post Seat Belt Bolts

Do the seat belt bolts go into a threaded hole, or are there nuts behind there?

They are threaded holes, but i used lock washers and nuts on the other side to make extra sure.

Didn't want to try to remove them until I knew. The underneath side of mine is in the middle of the rear cab support.
