I'm kinda cramped with space, as its stuffed into a storage unit at the moment.

14 bolt shoe comparison to the original 1972 13" X 2-1/2" shoes.

Used some marking dye to read the pattern on the drum to determine actual 14 bolt shoe contact area.
Needed to determine proper contract was happening.
Notice the top area and the bottom area left about 1/4" on each edge.
I think I got lucky that this will work.

I chose to use some NAPA brand 14-bolt shoes.
One thing I had to do was open up the pivot hole for the parking brake adjuster.
This hole ran tight and the stud would not freely fit into place.

I have the original rear drum brakes(complete) from my Dana 60 if you would like them. I think you are in So Cal. I am in Orange County, if you would like to swing by and get them. The brakes were on my 71 C20 Longhorn. I converted to discs.

I've already done some drum comparisons across axles.
The Dana drum I looked at had a high ridge casted into it at the outer end of the drum.
Different from the GM issued drums I have factory installed on mine.
Unless it was ordered as an HO72 (7200 lb option) I'll assume what you have is quite possibly the smaller version.
But let's wait and see what you have....
