Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

So far I have the compressor and condensor mounted and lines ran to them. Heater hoses connected also. Evaporator unit mounted under the dash. I put the front clip on. I still have to put the corner support on the pass. side and mount the headlights.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

I've got all the fluids (except for gas)in it and I could fire it up now but I am thinking of modifying my rear light setup and some welding/grinding will be involved so I'm holding off right now.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

I got the outside of the doors primed. I know these are crappy pix, I didn't think of pictures till it was inside. Next I will paint the roof white. Then its back to the vintage air install.

no fire here. It was at Bryans (5150)'s . We were trying to get a tight motor to turn over and Fried a cheap set of jumper cables.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

No, I could have but don't have the windshield or front bumper. So yesterday I took out the radio and center vent and removed the dash pad. I installed the kick panel speakers. I've ordered my dashpad, carpet and sill plates. painting the top of the dash today. I said next was the top(white) but I decided to put on those hidden latches instead. I'll get pics later.

Re: Thelonerifes 72 stepper

I hooked up my led lights and found they will work fine. I will need to remove all the hardware from the rear pillars on the bed and extend the width of them. I was given the pieces I need by backyard88 (Mike). Now that I have the hidden latches on I have ordered some links to hold the tailgate.
Now I will get started decluttering the rear pillars.

I cut what I need to fatten my pillars on the bed. Some trimming is still needed though.

Hey, I need to "pick your brain" at Bryan's meet. One of the next projects I am going to tackle is fixing the interior bottom of my rusty doors. I know you have already done this so just looking for some advice.
