Power Steering
The PS pump on my truck is squealing like crazy. And not just the normal full-lock squeal. It makes the same noise, but it does it randomly at any point in the cycle. I can just barely turn it and it will shriek and bump back on the steering wheel. It's really embarrassing when I'm in the high school parking lot and all you can hear is belts squealing instead of my flowmasters. Please help guys, I've tried new belts and tightening them, that's not the problem.

Is it leaking? If not, siphon some out and add some miracle steering fluid additive from the auto parts store. If it still squeaks, get a new pump - easy to replace - just leave the cap off after installing a new pump and turn the steering wheel from side to side until the pump level goes down and top it off to the full mark.

make sure the pullies line up straight
headers or manifolds? some people cut off /remove the steering brace at the first plug when putting in headers helps to keep it tight

It's got headers, I just kind of left that bracket hanging. The pulleys appear to be lined up with the motor off, do you think it being unbolted there could be making it unstable?

Yes, wore out that t-shirt long ago.
 I usually use the stud that came out of that hole on the manifold and make a spacer to take up the slack (same thickness as the manifold.) if the stud is gone, you can use a longer bolt and the spacer. Tension on the belt can be enough to throw that pulley off just enough. Lock it down and see if it still does it, go from there. Don't forget to loosen the belt first, makes life a lot easier.

Alright thanks a lot guys! I'll make a spacer tomorrow before work and see if that fixes it.
