Talking Ordered posi unit !

I ordered my Eaton posi unit today for Tom's Diff. Great deal too. Has anyone else put one in if so what do you need besides the unit itself. I have a friend that knows how to set up gears I just need to have everything ready since he's doing it for free.

If you allready have the gears,an installation kit should cover bearings, shims, crush collar,& pinion seal. You might also look at axle bearings & seals. 3 Quarts of lube,& a bottle of limited slip addative. Good luck.....69 longhorn.
