Aircraft stripper or DA sander to remove paint on a stepside fender?
So I spent some time last night trying to pound out a rust free but quite beat up driver side stepside fender. I think I have it close but I'm going to remove all the paint and another go over with hammer and dolly then DA it with 40 or 60 grit then give the entire thing a skim coat of rage gold. My question is what's the best method? Aircraft stripper or 80 or rougher grit DA? I'm thinking DA would be my best bet since there's not much paint left lol. Thanks

For the love of all things Chevy please use a DA sander instead of stripper. If you use stripper you still need to use a DA sander afterwards. Jim
