I humbly disagree... One can appreciate something yet still not like it. It has been said that we appreciate the craftmaship and creativity that went into this truck but we don't care for the creation of th end result. There is a reason are trucks our now considered ICONS by many...it's becaue of the classic lines. Whether we have a bone stock truck or a fully loaded 4x4 these trucks are still classics. I may not like paintings by Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, or Monet but I can still appreciate their craftmaship. Ok....enough said. JMHO

I like most of it but don't like the front end. The best looking part of these trucks to me is the front end and those headlights kinda mess it up in my opinion.

Re: Crazy Looking Custom on Evil Bay

I probably need to retract part of my own statement. I too find a fault. It would have more appeal to me if were not pro-streeted. As far as the front end, I think the overall execution is awsum. Note that the entire front of the truck is retangular, as is the grill, lights and surround. This theme was kept throughout with the wheel wells and dash bezels. These details are taken into account and weigh in heavily at the high end custom car shows, i.e. Detroit autorama. The entire front was kept into porportion with squares and rectangles as opposed to the original which consists of retangles for the exception of the round headlights with no thought of balance. Having said that however, I too like the original as well. Just saying the execution of this front was well thought out. Again, too bad it was pro-streeted. Hope I haven't offended those who like that particular look.

It's not pro-streeted. Those are dual wheels in there.
