I figure the radiator is right where it belongs, on the core support. Radiators can be mounted anywhere they catch air.

I think it would have been cooler if the cab was mounted backwards so it looked like it was backing up going down the hiway 80 mph

About as much as in a T-bucket. Remember, this is a freaky oddball piece of work. Doesn't need to be practical or comfortable. Also could put a short mock bed between engine and cab to cut foot space into. Or mount a full bed over/around the engine, a completely reversed body. I think that would actually be cool. They build upside down cars, why not backwards?

Is the engine in ''front'' connected to a powertrain? Or is that a mock-up engine showing?

I don't think the truck in this thread is a float plane truck. Might be inspired by them. But this is some freaky thing somebody built for kicks, I guarantee. Those float plane trucks have the original chassis under them, then hitched to the frame under the plane. They have the factory 4wd axle in place giving them rear steering. Those are just 4wd trucks with the frame cut behind the cab and only the front driveshaft.

That engine in the front I figure would have a long driveshaft to the rear. You can see it's a leaf spring rear with a-arm front end.
