Ignition timing

1990 454 SS
I know the base timing is 4 degrees with the timing connector disconnected
i'm looking for the timing at idle with the connector connected not the total advance just the timing at idle mine is 36 degrees sounds like a lot??? my total is 45 degrees at 2500 rpms Thanks for your time.
