just bought orange 73 suburban

I though I'd post some pics of my new 73 Suburban. I went on vacation to Rock Spring WY to my brothers house and my niece had a 73 Suburban she wanted to sell. So it followed me home. It's a 3/4 ton 2wd and it have a 454 big block and TH400 with a locking diff in the 14 bolt rear axle. I like to barn doors instead of a tailgate. after getting it home it only has 86,007 miles. It has saddle interior and dual air-conditioning. It would be real nice if it did'nt have the few dents but they are easier to fix than rust.

Some more pics. What vendor has things like grill emblems and other small things for the 73-74 chevys most of what I find is for the mid to late 70's.

It looks pretty solid. What are you going to do with it? I have found quit a few parts for my 77 Cheyenne on Ebay. Check the GM dealer as well You never know what they still might carry. You should get an LMC catalog if nothing else for the diagrams. There parts are expensive, and you never can be sure about the quality, but the catalog is awesome....
