I have one
Couldn’t find this
Thanks for locating
Im seeing the door bottom to the rocker at 1/4 inch

Seems the rest are clearance gaps

Anything on between the:
1.fender to door gap
2. Door to rear jamb gap

Yep, that'll work. 5/32" = .1562"
Easily falls within the B-B gaps shown in the assembly manual.

Re: 66c10 door gap fitment

Since this was brought up I have to add my 2 cents worth.

On the 64 resto that is near completion I was amazed at how easy it was to get all of the door, cowl and hood gaps to line up compared to my 66 Chevelle, 55 Chevy post car, 58 Impala and 72 Cutlass.

I do have some narrow gaps at the upper B-pillars where we patched in the skin from a donor truck but I can live with it.
