Where to find steering column rubber bushing?

I'm not sure on what this part is called. It's some type of rubber bushing or seal.
Does anyone know where I can find a new one? It mates with the upper bearing. I'll post 3 photos of how it goes together. The black ring is the part I'm talking about. Mine is worn and distorted. I got new upper & lower bearings from Wes (classic heartbeat), and they are genuine gm so I'm hoping they still make this rubber piece. I can't see on their website of them having this part.

72 c10 non-tilt steering column.
