Yes, and yes. It's the correct factory side brackets. It has several brackets and all the hardware.

i do not know what the correct side is, only that my truck was a straight 6 with a fresh installed BBC and the alternator lead is only long enough to reach the drivers side. which hoes for mounting does this use? i am very interested
, just want to make sure it will work for the application I need it for. Thank you!

If you're using a short water pump on a big block this is the correct bracket.
