I have for sale some Passenger Bucket Seat Brackets. These are reproductions that were made using an original set for a pattern. I have about 15 sets for sale.

Price is $130.00 including shipped(CONUS).

I accept Checks or PayPal.

I also have several powder coated sets that were done in satin black. Add $25.00.

Roger are these all you need to mount the passenger side buckets to the floor. I guess I'm wondering are these brackets covers or the actual brackets that support the seat.

It doesn't make sense to do a one off because the cost would be very expensive. It would be easier for you to purchase a set and customize the seat height you need.
