Runs and sounds really good

Is that the same engine he built back in September?

Yup, still running strong John

He did a really good job on this. Not a lot of $$$ invested. Rebuilder pistons (theoretically 10.2:1 after decking), reground cam, used roller lifters and used marine style timing set. We "worked" an old HEI and a Q-Jet. He did shell out for an Air-Gap, 8mm LS valves and hardware for his 906 heads, and some fancy Comp 1.6 rockers. I'm sure it's a 400hp dealio. REALLY needs a stall.

Stepper is good, just waiting for summer. It has taken a back seat the last few years to my sons racing. Feel kinda bad for it..
