Look at what I found.. Need to replace..

Doing a 402/700r swap into this 72 blazer.. While everything is out and getting cleaned I figured I would drop the TC and give it a seal kit and clean it up..

It appears someone had a problem years ago.. It has been driven like this for a very long time but I just cannot see letting it stay, any opinions on that? I figured I would just replace it, should I go with advanced adapters or should I try and find a oem adapter?

Thoughts?
