Looks a little too light in the first photo... but it is dark blue. One of my favorite truck colors, although I like the olive green and ochre too!

There were several Dark Blues used between 67-72. Paint code 508 (Ditzler 12409) was used beween 67-69 and became code 570 (Ditzler 12409) in 70. In 70 code 508 changed to a Dark Blue Metallic (Ditzler 2166) as seen in post #4. 71-72 used 523 (Ditzler 2366) Dark Blue on most pickups.

1968 paint code 538 (508 Dark Blue/526 Off-White roof) Conventional Two-Tones and a 508 Dark Blue solid paint truck.
