This. I've been watching the market a long time and does indeed happen every year after BJ. It's interesting how many guys confuse their $8K truck with the $30K truck that sold at Barrett Jackson.

speakin' of which.. y'all remember the same dilemma out here few months ago? ad up for HO52 4.10 no spin going to scrap if doesn't sell, blah, blah..

so being the concerned citizen I am, I sprang into action to cut a deal.. turns out seller was a fireman and just needed it out of parents garage.. he was so far away and our schedule differences making it tough to meet.. but I convinced him it would be wrong to scrap such a thing! cool guy after all and I think he finally understood..

so although I did not end up with the axle, the story has a happy ending.. took so long to get us together that he finally bought another truck and needed that axle so he kept it!
