Are my eyes deceiving me? I don't mean the deformed look, I mean is that bed stuffed really close to the cab? I can't imagine the bed would clear the cab on a curb taken sideways.

Any buyer who wanted to install a stock-size bed would have to weld on extentions to the frame if not replace the frame altogether, right?

Otherwise, I see it as a tubbed wheelie truck.

A big block in the bed with a blower on it would make it
Of course anything with a big block and a blower is IMO

You've hit the nail on the head. It's not just that the truck is way out of proportion, it's that the seller is so proud of it.

Which begs the question: Which is more out of proportion? The truck's bed or the seller's attitude?

That's one red-headed step child I'd send straight to foster care. When you chop a longbed your supposed to cut beween the cab and wheelwells....some people just can't follow directions...or maybe he was lysdexic....oooops, I mean dyslexic.

not the first...

I've got a picture stashed somewhere on the PC of another one, think it was blue, that was mutilated in the exact same way. Not good at all. But...for somone in need of a nice cab and parts I'll bet everything but the frame and the bed are useable, no?

We'll have to all see what happens with it. It is fixable, for someone wanting to save it from its misery! :p

I love what he has in his customized description:

CUSTOMIZED: Chopped bed with rollpan, tailgate removed ,front rollpan as well,no bumpers,on this truck, front & rear lowered, sits on 15X10 double gold roadster rims w/low profile tires, gold plated door handles, gold plated chevy emblem

Must have done alot of customizing to get that tailgate and bumpers off

Sorry, i'm usually not one to criticize someone elses work.

You know what Randy, I actually think that that would be a cool idea for a truck.

I'm there. You should e-mail that pic to the seller so that you could give him an idea for his next masterpiece. That would be hilarious.

I think that I actually understand what they were trying to do. look at the length from the front of the truck to the front of the front fenderwell and look at the distance from the back of the truck to the back of the rear fenderwell....they look to be the same....i THINK that's the idea they were going for.....it's almost as ugly as a 60's dodge truck.... I say sell everything from the cab forward and trash the rest!
