I ordered a smooth wiper cowl today and Tony the guy that makes them sent me some picks of the kick panels that he makes for our trucks, They are really neat

So your smooth wiper cowl, is it fiberglass or metal?

It's made from fibreglass, I need one because I am doing a right hand drive conversion so the wipers have to be mirror image, the cowl being completly blank allows me to put the wiper shaft holes wherever I want

he said the kick panels are vinyl covered not sure what they're made of, from what I can see on the second panel it matches up with the fresh air door and redirects it up to the plastic vent, Pretty cool idea

1. $145.00 a pair for covered in black vinyl with black plastic vents and New Speakers
2. $100.00 a pair for covered in black vinyl with black plastic vents. (speakers not included)
3. $75.00 a pair non covered with out black plastic vents (these come in black with a paint able texture finish.)
All of my kick panels are made from black textured ABS Plastic and you can also dye the vinyl covered ones to match your existing interior colors.
i offer a black plastic rectangle vent with #1 and #2 above. but some guys like using their own style vents like two round Billet aluminum vents or any other style vents that will fit.
these Kick panels can also be used with most aftermarket a/c systems. and come with a round speaker pod for speaker only or with a tear drop shape speaker pod for speaker and tweeter mounted side by side.
And for my Smooth Cowls they are hand laid fiberglass "made to order" and i have been selling them to members of the forum for $225.00 ea.+ shipping. (Reg price is $250.00)
I have three different styles
1. Blank with wiper holes only
2. Blank with wiper holes and antenna hole
3. Completely Blank with no holes at all. (must remove wiper shafts in order to use this style)

I don't have a problem hitting the dimmer switch. It's a little tight with my big clodhopper, but I hardly ever drive my truck at night. Even then it is not often I need the hi-beams. The e-brake pedal is tight, but still works without a problem.

I bought mine from Dan42 and love them.

One concern I have with the Cowl being blocked off wouldnt that restrict the air flow into the vents on the kick panels?

Very nice! I always wondered how and if you can still get fresh air with one of those smooth cowls? Does the air still flow through the interior vents with a smooth cowl?
