55.1 grill ???s
I have a 55 1st series and im not real crazy about the grill and wondered if anyone has attempted to modify a 54-55 to use a 47-53 grill while keeping the 55 fenders and hood? Thanks.

The 54 55 1st has indentions where the park lights go that will not be covered by the earlier grille.

Yeah I'm aware of that,, I was wanting to know if anyone had modified one to work with the early grill.

Beyond just the indentions, the inner edge of the fender by the grill is curved on a 54-55.1 and squared on a 47-53
