Factory speaker location

Where did the speakers go from the factory? I don't have any openings for them in my '71.

Re: Factory speaker location

If your's had speakers and doesn't have speaker holes, it most likely had a single speaker mounted below the dash just above the transmission hump. Is a radio listed on the glove box?

Re: Factory speaker location

The glove box lists an a.m. pushbutton radio. There are hole under the dash where one would have been mounted. Thanks for the help.
