Smile 1970 SWB Fleetside Project Truck.....Tons of new parts and LS2!!

1970 SWB Fleetside project truck. All sheet metal is very solid. Cab mounts, rockers, door bottoms, cab corners, floor, etc are all good. ’70 front clip is gone (sold it) Truck is 90% original paint (never wrecked) and frame is ridiculously clean. MOUNTAIN of parts that go with the sale are: 6.0 LS2 motor/6speed auto out of a 49k '08 G8, Ceramic coated Doug Thorley headers specifically designed for the LS motor in a C-10, complete rust free ’68 front clip, nice used (straight) steel bed floor, aftermarket rear wheel houses, one aftermarket front inner fender; CPP 9" power booster/aluminum master cyl/prop valve combo, 13" slotted & drilled hubless rotors with red powder coated dual piston calipers, brake hoses, hubs, wheel bearings, CPP powder coated tubular rear trailing arms, CPP rear (6 lug to 5 lug) conversion axles, CPP modular dropped spindles (moves the front wheel in about an inch for better clearance), CPP front lowered springs, CPP powder coated tubular front upper control arms, CPP front & rear drop shocks, all new ball joints, tie rods, sleeves, bushings, LS motor mount kit (installed and have been fitted/ground may need work/adjustment) , CPP powder coated tubular trans cross member, CPP powder coated lowered rear trailing arm crossmember, CPP dual adjustable rear track bar, CPP rear lowering springs, CPP c-notch kit, CPP 2" lowering block kit, CPP 1 1/4" front sway bar kit, CPP poly-plus body mounting kit, CPP stainless steel front brake line kit, 20x8.5 & 20x10 Coy's wheels, used late model Camaro fuel tank, 265/50R20 and 295/45R20 BFG G-FORCE KDW's, new GM interior door handle & crank handle escutcheons, NOS front & rear side markers; NOS window felts, window wipers and run channels; NOS horn button, tail lamp lenses, back-up lenses, tail lamp bezels, NOS GM exterior door handles, Brother's one piece window kit, new chrome center a/c vent, NOS outer rockers, rebuilt original vent window assemblies (done by Roger Koop, better than new!), perfect take-off tailgate, perfect condition (has slight …..slight ding) van tilt column, perfect “GM” am radio, and some more parts I'm sure I forgot. My friend spent over two years gathering parts for this build but had to let it go to someone that has the time to build it....... And I don't. I bought to build but can't.
Over $23k into it, plus countless hours of research and traveling. I have a clear Texas title in hand registered to me.
I can email detailed pics on all parts and truck. I am not separating....unless there are reasonable offers. $17,000.00 for everything.
Thanks,

James
