6.0 LQ4 swap questions

First sorry I am not a mechanic but I am looking at doing a motor swap on my 89 c1500 standard cab (5.7tbi orig. w/ 257,000 miles) So I found this motor and trans and not sure if I should do both.

6.0 LQ4 motor runs comes with harness and ecm, 4L80E 2wd trans

1. Will this work to swap, and should I?

2. Should I buy the trans also or just use the stock 4l60e trans?

3. Beside the doing the wiring harness and Ecm flash, does anyone have a parts list of everything I will need?

4. Is $1400 a good price for this motor, $700 for the trans?

5. Any one in the Space Coast (Melbourne, Palm bay, Malabar)area do LS type swaps

thanks everyone for the help!!!
