Is this a bad sign?

I check and tightened a ground on my horn circuit, and my gauge backlighting all turned on....with the truck OFF. Its gonna be a long night.

Re: Is this a bad sign?

This was a "and then this happened" post after too much pent up energy over NOT driving the truck haha. I just popped the wire back off and drove it.

The funny thing is, when we redid all the body wiring on the truck a few years back, the headlights and horn were the only oldschool wires left. We replaced all that and went with a normal relay and more compact horn since my old one didn't work. Everything else works as it should, yet my horn still has gremlins.

Re: Is this a bad sign?

Turns out a circuit needs power AND ground. Went and got all fancy on me.
