I haven’t seen one like that but it isn’t factory imo!looks like a regional aftermarket piece.

Ok that is what I wanted to know. I am going to part out some of the truck and was going to ebay the mirror but not sure if it was original to the truck.

It looks like some “west coast jr.” mirrors I just bought off eBay. They didn’t have the little visor on top though.

Not a factory installed mirror, but could've been installed when the truck was new as per customer request at the dealer. Quite the variety of mirrors were available, so the buyer could pick whichever suited his taste.
Far greater choice at the dealer than what the factory offered, but the factory stuff usually proves it's worth over time.
