Are they still in business? I ordered some parts from them and can't get hold of them by email or phone. They took the money thats all I can find out.

i ordered some parts on the 30th and havent even been billed. the other day their phone line was out but today i just get the machine. this is my first and last time dealing with them.

I ordered mine on the 8th so it been a month almost. I get the same thing with the phones. They did charge my card and I'm trying to get the bank to give it back. I started calling retailers now when I order a part to see if they have it and if they are still open.

I called again today and the greeting was change to "Bomber eyeware and Heavychevy truck parts". Maybe thats the problem he needs to buy some of his own glasses to see the emails I sent.

The bank decided to refund the money Heavy Chevy would not. So at least the Banks customer service doesn't suck.

Well the saga continues, The parts showed up today, mind you they are a day away by any shipper. I tracked it and he shipped the day the bank took the money from him. The parts were supposed to be the recessed head serrated washer door hinge bolts for a 55-59 3100 he sent me a bag of nuts and bolt he must have gotten at the hardware store. $2.00 each for 12 bolts it worked out to for 59 cent bolts I could have gotten them at Lowes or Homedepot. At least I get the pleasure of sending them back with a nastygram.
