Advice

So surfing the local craigslist and found a motor combo I'd like to buy but unsure of the the combo. The heads are double hump heads 186 with accessory holes 194 valves. And a 400 short block .20 over. I'll replace the freeze plugs, cam bearings, rods and main bearings. What cam should I run? Planning on long tube headers edelbrock performer intake (have already) and finding a carb on Craigslist. This is for a mud truck. With all that Ill have around $800 in the motor. Will this combo with the right cam make good power? Obviously gears and all that play into it. Just wondering if I could build better for the same amount. I don't want to pass up the heads though so I'll be picking those up just to have if I don't go through with the build.
