took the 68 to first show

It's not completely finished but the car show was a mile from the house so took it anyways. Needs new steering wheel, shifter boot, Radio and Exhaust from headers back, and many other small things but it made the top 30 so I was very happy

Looks good. That is always a good feeling to get something for your hard work. Hell, I got top 50 at the last show. Only because there was only 48 cars. Great truck and thanks for sharing.

Re: took the 68 to first show

Thanks guys

The seats are a aftermarket set that was sold back in late 70's or early 80's not sure of a name on them. I bought a set pack then ( think maybe the auto chain was Nation wise or something like that) for a 68 i had in high school new and found this set in a truck in the junk yard and had a lady in town redo them. The middle folds up and down plus has a storage box where bottom part opens up

There was right at 100 cars trucks and 3 choppers at the show
