Rough shape - what's a California Cruiser? Really something special?

My first thought was that this guy just has no idea what he is talking about. But then I thought maybe he really has something I've never heard of before.. So I contacted him and he said--

"It has a hard camper top! Its a convertible! That's what makes it a california edition"

I replied that all Blazers are convertible and basically all came with a hard top. He doubled down again calling it a "Custom Camper California Edition".

So I guess from now on I'll just go with my first thought.

Maybe it has the option code I believe is YF5 listed on SPID, showing California reg vechicle. It's a option not listed on many and may cause someone to think it's special.
