It's suppose to be 18* tomorrow morning here in San Antonio. Thats what I get for saying nice day on New Years Eve and driving the topless Blazer outside in 60* weather

UGH... I hate cold weather!

10-15 degrees for the past weeek and bitter wind chills.

I'm still waiting for snow. We got about an inch a couple weeks before Christmas but it was gone the next day. I wishing for more and for it to stay around for more than a day.

That is a great picture JQ-72. You need to have that enlarged and framed...

Here are a couple of pictures of me in the process of digging a path out to the shop. It is about 25 or 30 yards out there. The wind chill is -10º and as many clothes as I have on you still get cold mighty fast.

This is the third storm we have had like this this winter...

Dang Leon you need a bigger shovel. Mine has a 4' swipe, and the other has a 8'2" swipe. LOL It is -14* right now and is supposed to get down to -16* then factor what ever wind chill. The high tomorrow is going to be like _2 last I heard. Dang, and it is only the first week of January. Global warming my a**!

Kinda neat pictures. Pretty boring here in California, to be honest. Yesterday it was 80 degrees at 4 in the afternoon and clear blue skies - there wasn't even any dew on my pickup. Not necesarily normal for us, but the good thing, I would think, is that it's gonna move east, towards you folks, eventually (hopefully before May). We need old El Nino to kick in and start giving us some rain.

No snow here but we have not seen the sun in over a week. Its time to take a trip to the mountains and get out of this fog and see some snow that I don't have to shovel.

Above freezing?!? It hasn't been much above zero here for a week or so.
Around New Year's, at the in-laws farm out on the prairie, it was -30 one morning. It was 100 degrees warmer in the house.

Yesterday I caught the local (Twin Cities, MN) noon news. The weather guy showed a graphic of Miami's forcast. They had "Bitter Cold" written above today's 50 degrees. That is 64 degrees warmer then here right now.

Last night I walked about a mile or so from my car to the Gopher hockey game. Down there in Minneapolis it was a balmy 5 or 6 above. I shed 20 degrees just driving about 40 or so miles north to my home.

Like they say, the cold winters keeps the riff-raff down south.

last night I fired up my '72 k10 to do a little snow plowing. It was hovering right around -27 . I plowed for about 20 minutes before my temp gauge moved off of Cold.

No snow here but its cold for Florida! I went hunting yesterday and the game commission guys said it was 20 degrees. The cypress swamps had ice on the water. Never saw that before! The swamp birds looked very pissed. It was great to hunt in the cold for a change.
