Some brackets from Speedway Motors, a couple of 75 Camero front calipers, a couple of axle hats and rotors from said company, a good welder, lots of patience. And a brake master and prop valve from mid 70's Corvette. You wont have parking brake, but I plan on using a line lock to lock the rear wheels up. Im in the process of doing this project right now. Will post pics when its finished.

I did mine about 1 tear ago.I got a 71 Blazer 4x4 with a 12 bolt in the rear.
Got the brackets and rotors from TSM.

Master cylinder from a 78 Corvette
rear disk brakes from a 84 Caddilac Eldorado
I was able to modify the Eldorado rear disk braket that holds the e-brake return spring and make my orig. Blazer e-brake work.

You can see all the pic's here

I'm pretty sure I saw a conversion kit in Chev Duty's catalogue. Pricey, but might save a bunch of time converting things.
