I have a truck cab roof & rear left over from another project and I plan on making a half top out of it for the Blazer. Has anyone attempted to do this? Looking for any tips, tricks, lessons learned. If this goes well, I have another cab that will donate its parts for a second one to sell...

A friend of mine did that back in the day. He pulled the windshield out and cut the header off the Blazer and welded the roof section on. Used a pickup bed front panel for the lower part. It turned out really nice but was definitely a permanent mod.

I'm thinking that I would copy the fiberglass top design and add tapped holes on the corners so it could be removed. Sounds easy, I know - I'll see what I'm in for once I start the fabrication!
