I am going to be looking here soon as well. I bought the 2.5" ramhorn manifolds so I am assuming the kit above would not work with them and or defeat the purpose of them. Trying to avoid having to take it to a local shop if possible.

Make your own. I bought 2 lengths of 2 1/2' 304 stainless tubing ,4 stainless J bends and 2 stainless magnaflow mufflers. Easy to do and guaranteed to fit.

I went through all my build pictures and unfortunately this is all I have of the exhaust. I'm using a 5.3, but it really doesn't matter what engine you're using because it's basically all the same procedure.
For legal reasons here in Canada, I also have 2 catalytic converters installed. Things are a bit tight around the transfer case, but definitely enough room.
The tightest part is at the rear trying to get around the fuel tank.
The manifolds I'm using are 2012 Camaro because the truck manifolds dump right on top of the frame rails.
If you're going to make your own exhaust, source 304 stainless components, not 409 stainless.
I had originally wanted to use an "H" pipe, but there was no room for it.
There's one joint in each pipe, so the whole exhaust system can be easily removed.
The nice part about 304 stainless is that it can be made to look like new again with some red Scotchbrite pads.
I can't recall how much $ I have into the exhaust, but it's a fraction of some aftermarket kits, better quality and guaranteed to fit.

This is a great help. Thank you. I’ve been trying make a kit I bought fit and am having issues. I may scrap it and go this route. Did you weld it yourself? I have a decent mig welder I’ve just never welded stainless.

It was a jimmy 4x4 1971 with original ram horns and bolted right on without any problems lmc didn’t see that comming even told the macanic it might take some work but it fit perfect

I used TIG to weld it all.

Not the best way to do it, but you could tack weld the pieces together with your MIG then take it somewhere to have it properly welded with TIG. With stainless, make sure your fitment is nice and tight so you don't need too much filler rod.

Another option if you want to do it yourself is just to make it from mild steel. The "J" bends and tubing are available in steel and will be cheaper. It just won't look as nice and will rust. You could get it ceramic coated afterwards.
