seat belts??

My build is getting closer, are there any new versions of seat belts for blazers out there? I am debating on my old ones. If there are some that look like originals I would entertain buying new ones. Thanks for the help, Randy

Re: seat belts??

Seems to me Tom Korinek sells aftermarket that is very similar to original but not sure if the Blazer specific pass side is available

The retractor cover is very short to keep it out of the way of the rear passengers getting in when the seat flips forward.

Re: seat belts??

I got the belt for my orange 72 Jimmy from seatbelt planet. I ordered a custom length and custom color 2 pt retractable belt with a black plastic boot and cover.

I ordered color samples ahead and the orange in the seatbelt fabric was a perfect match for me.

I know it's not period exact, but I already had decided to change the seat material and the console so I was okay with it. In fact I like that little touch of custom that I did to the interior, the wife approval factor went up by a lot!

Re: seat belts??

WOW Parb- that's a beautiful interior. Orange seat belts look outstanding with the white seats.

Re: seat belts??

Its white and brown ultraleather. Same manufacturer that Tesla uses for it's interior.
I thought it worked out nicely. I knew I wanted to make sure I didn't go overboard with too much white, the brown inserts in the side panels worked out well to create a bit of contrast.

My console was too far gone to be saved, I used the lmc plastic console and covered it in the same material as the seats. I managed to move over the GMC metal logo from the original console. The chrome trim around the cup holders is from an RV shop.
