Help with Seat Identification

Haven’t posted in a while but I check this forum nearly daily to try and keep up with what folks are doing. I’m hoping someone may know what these seats are from. I want to recover them and put in my 68 C10 but one of the seat cushions need to be replaced. There are no numbers or identification on the seat frame. There is a number in the foam cushion (RF 1307 7) but my searches aren’t coming up with anything.
These are from a sedan I suspect; they recline but do not flip forward. They are manual seats that were covered with leather and had seat warmers.

Looks like Audi seats.
