Saddle tank cost to ship?

I put a wanted ad up for dual tanks and found a guy in Cali with some he will send me if I get shipping worked out to Tennessee. Has anyone shipped these before? What did it come out to? I found a post with the dimensions but does anyone know how much each one weighs? I would be able to get a quote form FedEx is I knew the weight. Thanks.

Re: Saddle tank cost to ship?

The have been empty and dry for a couple years but even if someone will freight them it's still close to 400 bucks.
If can't find a shipping solution, for that price I'd meet up halfway. St. Louis?....

If you need to get the gas smell out take them to a radiator shop and if they fit in their tank they can clean them.
Years ago I used Grey Hound bus to ship some fenders. Don't know if they still so that.
