You're pretty far away, but I've used these folks in TN before.
http://tricityplating.com/ The last time was a 70 Duster bumper. They repaired a couple small bad spots and chromed it for $345 + $35 return shipping. I'm not positive they do grills but it may be worth a call. Nice people who do nice work.

I bought one of the eBay grills. They look really nice. I never had an original grill in the truck to see how it fit. The eBay grill fit but was a pain in the butt getting everything to line up. Like I said the original ones could be the same way.
