the 71 GMC was never registered its entire life till 2017. registration exempt farm truck. worked on the farm and hauled produce. restored cab and chassis and found really clean bed local for 500 bucks. stock 307 4 speed manual. found some 16 inch (ford) lol wheels for 100 bucks and new 10 ply tires. 89k miles. CL 1200 bucks. bed was extra so passed on it |

customers truck. bad previous restore. doors closed over top of cab corners and dragged on rockers. little dissecting and beating ended up with so nice gaps. and cut front fenders so his big ass tires didn't rub. |

the GMC i restored the the inner cab and corners. rebuilt the dana rear end replaced 2 barrel with 4 barrel intake and quadra jet from the 72. found that blue and white bed here local, drive it all the time. 72 drop is 2 1/2 drop CPP spindles with 3 inch drop springs,,, rear are 6 inch drop coils. with adjustable pan bar. rides like a sports car. so tight and smooth. did the c notch but not sure it was needed now. built 350 with built turbo 350 with 2500 stall converter.

the pick of GMC with stake body bed is how i found it on CL. 1800.00 with bed and rear tires. i got the GMC less bed and tires for 1200.00. thats why the blue and white bed. the truck is super clean now, rides nice and i like the ugly look lol. my 72 sitting between the two looks like a S-10 lol.
