Sent you an email. Is the alternator removable or is the bolt stuck?

67/68 small blocks used these. In 69, the design of the alternator bracket changed and the LH rams horn was cast without the mounting boss.

Thats a straight dump, so it's either a 4x4 or off a car. Same principle applies

I'm glad you cleared that up. I'm trying to find all of the original equipment to change my '71 back over to the driver's side where it is supposed to be and my jaw dropped when I saw this thing.

ram horn

I need it for my '68 4X4. Currently have air tube holes with plugs and looking to go with non-smog manifolds to clean up the look a little.

The alternator pivots freely, so I am sure it will come off. That's just the way it came when I bought it. I thought someone might need the two alternator mounting brackets that are currently mounted, so I did not break it down.

Can anyone turn me on to a shipping rate calcualator? I have had request for shipping cost to various postal codes. I can't get the UPS one to work for me.....do you have to register with them first? Thanks,
Steve Shaw

shipping

First you have to put it in the smallest box it will fit. Measure the height legnth and width of the box and weigh it.Contact UPS.com
or usps website and go yo the online calculators. you will get a free quote.
