This is a terrible story. I looks like it would be easy to back up with a wrecker after hours and tow it away, but I wonder what that would do with the legal battle... Best of luck 72 Suburban!

Well, he's already won the case & was awarded money for the truck but has not collected yet.
When he gets his money,then & only then,should they get the truck & title

have you talked to the radio station? It seems they should help, as it was their contest.. and they did drum up business with it...

Wow...I havnen't been on here in a while and was wondering what had happened. All I can say is wow. Man I was looking forward, like everyone else, to see the completed project. I'm in agreeance with the others here, get a trailer an haul your truck back.

Well, yes and no.... The truck was reduced to pieces and I don't know if I will ever get it back. We sued the shop and won, but the deadbeats haven't paid me a dime.

The only good news is that the radio station is rocking one of my other vehicles, a '68 Catalina convertible and it is in a good shop right now.
