How much for the tailgate hinges/hardware and the steering wheel? I'm assuming $20.00 each? How much shipped to Rolla, MO? Would love to be able to meet on I-70 in Columbia but won't be able to make the trip. Is the bottome hinge broken on one end?

I still have the cab spacer! Not sure if it's bb or sb I can compare it to my BB truck today and let you know in a little bit. I'll take $25 shipped.

The carb spacers are identical for big block and small block. The only difference is the spark arrestor and the hose. The air cleaner assemblies are also the same.
