Column arrived and looks great. Awesome upgrade.
Only thing it says for wheels 69 and up trucks.
What do I need to mount a 67 wheel and horn.

My columns are splined for GM standard patterns so most wheels fit, without adaptors. Here's pics showing the nice fit of a 67-8. Just be sure to use the 67-8 "tall" horn contact.
If you use aftermarket steering wheels, they will provide their adaptors. Tilt and non-tilt are columns are normally different.

OK I got the old one out and the horn figured out. Got the wires out of the connector and under the cluster gromet and butted to old connector.
Now I'm on intermediate shaft. Do I just cut the end off to make it fit? There's no direction just pics.
To make it look like the pic I would have to cut the shaft.

Yes, just cut it off. The shaft is the same 3/4" DD size as the billet ujoint. Dimple drill spots for the set screws, as shown. Your intermediate shaft slides up & down for exact fit...or you can buy new intermediate shaft sets for a couple hundred dollars.
